Tabrizi

This piece is inspired by the central medallion seen in carpets from Tabriz, the capital of East Azerbaijan province in northwestern Iran, predominantly inhabited by Azerbaijanis. Tabriz is one of the oldest centers for rug weaving, renowned for producing a diverse range of carpets, recognized for their intricate curvilinear designs.
