Kharibulbul

There are many enchanting tales about the Khari Bulbul flower. It is said that this delicate blossom only grows in Shusha, Garabakh. One story goes: Married to the Iranian Shah’s son, the daughter of the Garabagh Khan deeply missed her homeland. To ease her longing, the prince created a garden reminiscent of her homeland, planting all the trees and flowers native to Garabakh. However, the garden lacked the Khari Bulbul flower, which could not survive even a single day away from its native soil.
