Kharibulbul

The scarf’s design is inspired by the Kharybulbul flower, a rare orchid species closely linked to Azerbaijan’s Shusha region. Many beautiful stories surround this flower; legend has it that it only thrives in Shusha, Garabagh. One story recounts: “Married to the Iranian Shah’s son, the daughter of the Garabagh Khan longed for her homeland. To ease her sadness, the prince created a garden of all the trees and flowers native to Garabagh. Yet, the garden lacked the Kharybulbul flower, which couldn’t survive even a single day in foreign soil.”
