Named after a village near Gusar, the Zeiva carpet features a distinctive star-like geometric shape crafted with dotted lines, dating back to medieval times. While the outer shape remains consistent in carpets woven in the Guba region, the interior design often varies. Occasionally, it takes on a cross shape, adding symbolic significance.
