Zeyva

The star medallion adorns the “Zeyva” and “Jam Jamli” carpets. Although these carpets are found in the Shirvan region, they are more popular in the northeastern areas of Azerbaijan and Dagestan. The ornament is known as the “Caucasus star” or “Lezgi star.”
